CEP workshop on Mental Health Importance: supporting treatment processes in Probation

Less than 2 weeks to register – deadline: 11 November!

This is a reminder that registration for the upcoming CEP workshop Mental Health in Probation Services: A Multidisciplinary Approach, closes in less than two weeks. We invite you to join us in Barcelona on November 26–27, with a welcome reception on the 26th and the main workshop on the 27th.

This workshop will address the growing need to support probation clients with mental health challenges, highlighting the importance of resilience, inter-agency cooperation, trauma-informed care, and gender considerations. Participants will gain insights from the Council of Europe’s Human Rights approach and join interactive sessions, including a world café, to exchange practical strategies for supporting clients with complex needs.

Whether you work in probation, restorative justice, or the broader criminal justice field, this workshop will provide valuable perspectives on mental health’s role in rehabilitation and recidivism reduction.
