The Dutch Centre for Crime Prevention and Safety (CCV)
The CCV, the Dutch center for crime prevention and safety, stimulates and supports private and public partners in crime prevention and safety.
The center\'s website has two main objectives.
Firstly, the public website of CCV provides a key way to exchange knowledge of policy and practice, to offer good instruments, and to develop a shared work standard focused on care and professionalism.
Secondly, CCV wants to be open, thorough and clear in its communication style and content.
The Center is an initiative of:
- The Dutch Ministry of Justice;
- The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- The Dutch Association of Insurers;
- The Confederation of Dutch Industry and Employers (known as VNO-NCW);
- The Association of Dutch Municipalities;
- and The Council of head commissioners (of police).
